This series focuses on deja vu-like experiences when visiting new places. After moving to Tallinn I occasionally experienced certain flashbacks of my hometown. This usually happened when visiting locations that geographically and visually felt similar to places in Tartu. I wanted to capture that brief feeling by creating paintings that combine these similar places from two different cities into a single image.
